Terms of Use

By using the Playlist Forge app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. Building and saving playlists requires an active Apple Music subscription and is subject to Apple's terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the playlists, comments, and other content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the service so it can be shown to the community. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, spam, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

• Report any playlist from its menu in the app.
• Block any user from their profile to hide their playlists and comments from you.
• We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and/or suspending or terminating accounts.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Apple Music, artwork, and catalog data are provided by Apple and their respective owners.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
